Asus PC-DL will come with almost all(or all) the items included in the retail box... this time around, including the actual retail box. :D

The motherboard has the 10KOhm Vdimm mod for up to 3.6v(or higher, I didn't test) and the 100KOhm Vcore mod for up to 1.65v(or higher, I didn't test).
Asus PC-DL, fully mod'd: $170 plus shipping. (PayPal preferred)
Xeons are 1.6GHz LV Xeons with a D1 stepping of SL6XK (http://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/SL/SL6XK.html). These are running 3.05GHz(203.5x15) at 1.52v right now with the BOINC distributed computing project running, basically they are at FULL-LOAD. These may go a little higher with more voltage but I haven't gotten around to trying since I have next to ZERO free time anymore. I would bet they will top out at 3.2GHz to 3.4GHz like 95% of all the other D1 stepping Xeons I've tried(probably close to 50 of them).

Chips are currently in-use in the above motherboard so I don't actually have a picture of them. But they are your run-of-the-mill D1 Xeons so there isn't anything special to see. :)
