Thank you Fozz!

I just put it on one of my boxen that run 24/7. I put it on one other machine that works 8/5. If I succeed to submit results even I'm behind proxy I'll add more machines to DPAD. This will be fun! Looking forward to contribute to bringing Free-DC to #1 in DPAD.

Cheers!

Ta very much... monstering up the stats is the aim of the game :)

I have just deployed DPAD to half a dozen Xeon servers... just to get a taste of what they can manage.

I trust when set to no-net that the results.txt file can grow until it is collected?

Yes. Then you can move the results.txt to another machine and upload it. Always make a backup of the results.

I am not sure I know how to check that

Woah... now that is a huge load.

Do check your config.txt file and see the following line:

Auto-send results ([Y]es, [N]o): Y

Make sure you have it to Y instead of N. Or, you can stop the application and use the manualsend.bat file to manually upload the file to the server.

I don't even stop the application when using the manualsend.bat - seems to work fine but - with that big a reult file, I would play it safe :hifi:

Thanks PY you the best

Yes it was set to N I set it to Y and did the manualsend.bat
Should be listed now

So now to get it running on other nodes I can just copy that folder to other nodes and run from there?

Or can many nodes run from one shared folder like FAD did?

I don't think you can share the folder like FaD as each node must have its own results.txt and results.dat files.

I think for the best results, you are better off download a fresh copy of the Muon ZIP file and just put in your user.txt file into each node seperately.

What I did was to first download the original ZIP file from the website, unzip it, put in my changes in the config.txt and user.txt files and then rezip the entire thing and put it on my webserver for download by my other nodes. You might be able to do that as well.

produced work as your folder to copy.

Make sure you only use one that hasn't produced any results.

1500 should be about 190,000

Use Muon Cockpit off the DPAD site to keep an eye on your nodes.
