QMC stats

Well, I added these as they have started exporting their XML stats, but unfortunately they have messed up on the permissions for some of the files. I get a 403 error on retrieving them...

so, as soon as this is fixed they will show up at proj=qmc

I put a quick workaround in the script to bypass the file causing problems at QMC so these work now...
