Hooray! That's only 30 minutes!

Might I suggest playing some ProgressQuest (http://progressquest.com) for us Waiting Junkies?

HI,

I wouldn't be so sure about the 30 minutes (18 minutes currently ;) ) - That's the time when the server STARTS switching to the new protein - To be able to download the new client the server must have finished its work .. and that takes about half an hour I guess ...

The ESTimate has moved again, now 4pm EST

What's New

06/25/2002

- We will be switching to the next CASP target T0138, at approx. 4pm EST today (it is a bit later due to some last minute bugfixing). The update next week will occur on Wed. instead of Tues., again some time after noon. We have added the capability for having mirror sites for hosting the update files, to ensure our bandwidth does not limit the speed at which updates are downloaded. If anyone has large upload bandwidth and is interested in being a mirror site for the update files, please contact us for more info.

:) I'd never heard of Progress Quest before.
 So being curious, I went to investigate.
 I never want to hear about Progress Quest again!

LOL :D

ProgressQuest takes all the boring sitting and clicking OUT of the MMORPG game experience! Instead of sitting for days on end just working on levelling up your character, the game does it for you! Eat, sleep, shower, wax your car...ProgressQuest continues your character development in the background!

Anyways, it was a funny "game" to be sure. It definitely entertained me while I sat on my computer farm waiting for the next protein update. :)

ProgressQuest takes the absurd to a new level.
I am genuinely fascinated that it exists.
