"What a thing to wake up to! A possible prime has been found (about 10 minutes ago) by bwhite. I'm verifying it (while also heading off to work), hopefully Lee or Ceselb can post an update once it's verified. If it is a prime, it's going to be another big one! More details later....

A slimmed down dat file would certainly speed up our sieving speed :thumbs:

Third place is in our sights and second place soon after :D

A little less than that jasong. According to bryan only 92,858 k/n pairs were removed...

You just looked at the total # of pairs that k had to begin with. The difference had been previously sieved out.
