I'm a kitchen cruncher with two rather good AMD dual-core machines, one A64 Newcastle that spits out heat like a dragon plus a couple of junk boxen.
Right now they are filled up with LHC units.

Hm, only have Linux running now and I didn't like wine last time I tried it but the biggest problem is my bad internet connection. (it's cheap though :D )
I'll give it a go tomorrow but there won't be many points since I'm going away on a looong fishing trip soon and will shut everything down.

Edit: uh, it installed fine under wine but don't want to run, guess I'll wait for the Linux version, "coming soon" it says.

I run CPDN now, they have a new client out 5.15 that seems more robust than the older one: http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/forum_thread.php?id=4799
The Linux client is compiled with Red Hat 7.3 so it now works with glibc 2.2.

Bad fishing weather now up in the mountains, better stay at home for awhile....

Free-DC is pushing hard on SOB. You should try it if you have P4 machines.

Well, we are pushing rather nice in CPDN, #50 overall and #22 in the dailies :)
I have a little P4 but it's still too hot to fire up all machines.
