dfGUI v1.5 for Windows available (With Source)

A new verision of dfGUI has been released (v1.5) with a couple of cool new features. I tested the new hide/unhide features out on Win98/2k/XP so hopefully it will work well for everyone.

- Special thanks to Jonathan Walton (phaserlogic [@] hotmail.com) for helping clean up some code and adding the ability to launch the DF Client hidden without needing any external programs.

- Added the ability to hide and unhide the DF Client even after it has been started.
