CASP5 protein 6 benches

We on #6? I lost count.

Anyways, this big 163 AA protein might provide some interesting numbers (horribly slow though). Anyone want to submit benchmarks? No gaurantee I will get them up on a page, but atleast they are here in a thread for anyone to see or look up at a later date.

I will post mine when I have run the new protein for a long enough period of time.
