not sure what the project requires as in resources
And It would take a bit of time to train my flock to munch on that project

This project requires massive amounts of bandwidth as it is a distributed web crawler. Other than that, its not very CPU intensive and does not require much to setup.

I'd say why don't you throw a box on this project first and I will find a box to match.

It'd be great to have Free-DC in the Top 10 dailies again.

Well, at the moment I am helping the Team out with the OGR-P2 push as that project is ending and doing Majestic 12 since I have extra bandwidth to spare.

Got my router problems associated with MJ-12 worked out with this new version 1.6.1 that's been released.

Started crawling again.

10mbps/1.5mbps connection with ZERO bandwidth limitation connection.

With 1 more user able to push out maybe 300,000-500,000 URLs/day we should be able to overtake XtremeSys in daily production.

With a few more users we might be able to even start putting up a good fight to push at taking the #2 overall spot away from them. We're just shy of 1 billion URLs crawled from doing that.

Anyone able to spare a lil extra 'width?
