is there any connection to the distributed folding?
are there any differances between them?

With the one substantive difference not covered in that thread.

It is my (not so) humble opinion that this project is run professionally with the utmost attention to detail and "caring" for the contributors. That one, again in my opinion, is the cardinal opposite. The antithesis if you will.

I abandoned G@H (part of the F@H project) shortly before claiming the "#1 spot" for this project after seeing how Howard runs things around here.

I suggest one lurk on the boards for both DF and F@H before deciding where to invest their time and resources...
