When running this newest protein as a service under W2K it produces results that are NOT accepted by the server. After running the service, if you stop it and then manually run foldit.bat the error 908 WRONG PROTEIN message pops and the client then continues to crunch. Deleting the filelist.txt file doesn't fix the problem. It will continue to create bad results as soon as you run the client as a service.
