Can't access reserve a range

I have completed my first range and have submitted the factors, problem is I can't get to the reserve a range site to report as completed and to reserve more work. Is this just an isolated problem with me or is there a problem with the site. Worked fine when I reserved the ranges

Yeah all is fine now, was offline for about 8 hours or so yesterday
