Sometime around 02:30 UTC/GMT 3 July 2007 (9:30 PM Central Daylight Savings July 2, 2007), the servers at the World Community Grid failed. I contacted the World Community Grid Project Manager at home to alert him of the outage. He called me back a short time later and informed me that the outage could last as long as 24 hours.
The server's are back up and running after what appears to have been about six hours.
