Changed fast interval from 1 second to 2.5 seconds.
Changed the code that detects a work unit has finished.
I changed the fast monitoring interval to 2.5 seconds because at 1 second it was not allowing enough time for the client to update the tracking file so on fast CPU systems EM would track 1 frame behind. 2.5 seems just about right.
I re-wrote the code that detects a work unit has finished and is ready to be uploaded. This new code doesn't seem to be missing any stats saves. Please let me know if it seems to be missing any saves to the csv file, especially when the Gromacs core is running.
