Hi,

Just wanted to let you guys know you disappeared off the charts tonight for some reason.

I was checking the stats and noticed FreeDC disappeared off the charts as well as the team listings! I waited a half hour and you were still gone.

Checking out the Top 10 list, xj10bt is stil there and if you click the team link it pulls you up.

I left a message to Howard on the forum about it. I don't know if anybody else is affected though.

Best,

Hi,

as it seems there's a problem with the datatype: in 32 bit you can only store numbers up to 2.147.000.000 (about; signed datatype). FreeDC has a bit more, 2.153.000.000 structures. Someone has to report Howard ...

That would explain why they are back down to 215 million as I assume it's the remainder left over from " going around the clock "

Free-DC can be the proud owners of the first person to test "int long" to it's limit.

Cool.

We get to work our way back to number 1 again....

Now if we can just get to be the first to test the "long long" (64-bit datatype, as gcc knows it anyway) to its limit... :scared:

So since Free-DC broke the system, they should have a party right? =)
