And for modem users too, especially in large parts of Europe where you pay per minute!

It would certainly be cool if Howard changes the client to only upload the best structure for each upload. That would make it possible for a lot more users to crunch for this project.

The stats will not change - the client will, of course, still report how many structures the client has generated, but it would only upload the relevant ones ;)

The only reason (AFAIK) it currently uploads everything, is to prevent cheating.

Yeah, but we generally cut our cousins from TSF (especially Pointwood) a little slack. We can't go expecting too much from them, you know...it's not like they're smart enough to be crunching for Free-DC or anything. ;) :D
