user name question

Hi,

I installed the client on a new Win2k machine, and started running it as user anonymous. Then I realized I forgot to configure, so I stopped and changed the name to mine. Then it restarted running from cache. So in the end, to whom is the block gonna be contributed, anonymous or myself?

the block will be denied by the server when you go to report it because it was not be assigned to you (it was assigned to anonymous.)

i think having annonymous may not be as good of an idea as it was when we started the project. i'm planning on building the signup into the client so that it's a little simpler and stuff like what you describe doesn't happen.

I just stopped the run, deleted a data file in SB directory and restarted, it got the new value.
