Hi,
I just installed the new client for both Windows (Console-client, manual new install) and Linux (autoupdate).
Both are unable to contact the server to upload. They report "Handle not found". The handle is there as it always was, and the upload worked fine some before the protein change.
Perhaps the server is just busy right now and the problem gets resolved on its own in some time, but it seems nobody has uploaded anything since the update (Stats page: "Total structures generated so far: 0") so I'd rather rule out a high server load ...
