on the homepage the the current operator writes:
There will most likely be an effort soon to solve the ECC2-109 challenge, but I am not coordinating it. I simply don't have the time to do another one right now. However, the effort should begin sometime in the near future - I did write the source code and pass it on to a well-known group who will most likely undertake that challenge. In the meantime, happy computing and don't let those cycles go to waste!
Anyone knowing what group that will be? distributed.net (they talked about participating in Eccp in the future)? Seti@home and it's BOINC system?
