Guys, since you all are having so much fun with this new project, I might as well join you all.

I just threw in a dual processor computer on this but I realised that the two neo.exe were not taking full advantage of the two processor, meaning that neo1.exe will be taking 38% and neo2.exe is taking 44%. The numbers will jump around the range of 30 - 45%. Now my question is that is that normal? I did the installation accordingly, with two folders named Neo1 and Neo2 and changed the .exe accordingly. I also changed the affinity of the processors and priorities and it still will not take 100%. :swear: :help:

Right now, I am just running neo1.exe and its taking 50% of one processor and foldtrajlite.exe is taking the other 50%.

Also, I have another question. What is the difference between Total Units Completed and Units Completed? Can some Neo Masters care to elaborate!

I seem to be very happy with this project because it gives me instant statistic gratification. Long live "Live Statistics":jester:

Total units would be the total ammount of WU's your nodes have completed and sent in. Units completed is the amount of WU's that particular node has completed.

Damn magnav0x, do you live in this forum? Thumbs up on replying so quickly

And now, if someone could answer the first question. :help:

One more question! How many workunits can the client queue?

To set the client up properly to take full advantage of the CPU
http://www.extremedc.com/neoconf.html
I set mine for Normal priority and 100% CPU within the clients setup.
Under Settings, Preferences within the client -- did the trick for me.
Welcome ! :D

If you run two instances on a dual proc machine, they knida overwrite each others offline.dat files, so you only get like half credit or so!

just warning you

Thanks for the link. I guesss I will have to wait for the NEO Development team to recompile the client before I can get two instances on one machine.
