Uhm, I think my stats are screwy. Shows 23421.83 G-cEMs submitted at a rate of >253,000 k-cEM/s. As far as I know, I don't have 1,800 XP 1800's crunching (wish I did, but alas it isn't so).

P.S., as of 8:29 am GMT 06/11/2002

Thanks,

prok

Looks like it's happening to someone else now...

ok, i fixed the problem for good now.

the cause of the problem is sometiems there are blocks submitted that are have progress in ways the server isn't expecting. i imagine this happens when the client crashes (or exits improperly without having a chance to save data) and is restarted and resubmits a block or when a block is restarted due to an error. basically it was graphing negative progress... however, negatives with unsigned numbers (which the graph program Dave and I wrote uses) = big numbers.

to fix it before, i deleted a users block that showed negative progress... which is why it just happened again... and again.

now the graphs programs check to make sure the progress is positive before graphing so in theory this error shouldn't happen again. :)

Hey, prok, are you at HP or CSU up there?

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other likely candidates for the kind of CPU power up there that you tend to wield. :)

I still think there is something wrong with the work done in the last two weeks (cExpMods done in the last 2 weeks) in both the user stats and the team stats.

Some one in my team only registered 3 days ago and his stats say"

Total cExpMod done 73.898 G-cEMs
cExpMods done in the last 2 weeks 29.999 G-cEMs
Total proth blocks done 734 blocks
Proth blocks done in the last 2 weeks 734 blocks

And this is the case with more users/teams

yeah that's wrong. specifically, the 2 week number is actually the past day number.

i think now that the stats are more realtime, I'll just change the site and leave the script itself alone.

so the problem is fixed now.

Hi MAD-ness,

Neither. It's a home farm, keeps the upstairs warm! :D Used to work for LSI logic/Symbios/ATT/NCR and got my degree from CSU.

How 'bout you?

Another thing,

A user (HNL) in my team (EBT) has done 599.977 M-cEMs according to the team statistics, but on his personal statpage it shows that he has done 2.800 G-cEMs

Also, he has done 31 blocks, shouldn't that be 3.1 G-cEMs ? (He only used the new 0.9.8 client)

Crap. All a home farm, eh?

Nice. :)

Me? Just a few (too many) computers laying around and a need for a hobby that doesn't require me to exert myself physically after a long day at work. ;)
