I have upgraded two computers from 0.9.7 -> 0.9.9 and
Got error message : can't read registry both times. My OS is Win 2000. Sb.exe lost my user id and I had to re-enter it manually.
Now everything seems to be ok, but I managed to clear my cache
on one of these computers :-(

I had this error when i copied files to another computer instead of installing the client. I kept on getting the error when i closed the client.

I once thought i lost 60% of one test, but luckely i had the save file so after adding the registry values i was able to continue.

Do you have sufficient rights on that machine?

yeah, this is an installer issue i am aware of. most people haven't noticed it since they either are upgrading from v0.9.8 or are installing clean. only happens when installing from v0.9.7 or lower to v0.9.9 directly because of teams. i think i'll have a workaround for the next version.

for now, i just wanted to let you know that the error message is not serious and there will not be others in the future. ignore the message, things are fine once you reset your name.

Will that next version be 1.0.0 or do you start with letters? ;)
