I think that is not a good thing because in the end we will
compare residuals (original check and double check) so it does not
matter who has done the work. I think that currently server
accepts blocks only from the user whom the block was originally assigned.
(this matters when block expires and it is assigned to another
person and then both users return the result
or when I change username in my client).
The better situation is when two person have returned residual and residuals
are same = we have block double checked.
