After you submit a DP, an email will be sent to you (mine took >24hrs, but there were problems at the time). That email gives you details that you use to login on the stats page. From there you can join.

Anybody knowing how often these stats are update? I don't find anything about that on the page.

I don't know for sure but it appears to be once or twice a day.
