Fresh from the NEO Project website
We have removed the math library NTL (www.shoup.net) from Neo as it is very unstable in the Windows environment. We tested the library with a simple program that just counted, this program caused a fatal operation. Another bad thing about the library is that it is not thread safe and also retains memory and never returns it to the OS for performance reasons. So, we have went back to using our own math library. We also have increased the work in packets as it is very inefficient sending a packet every 2 minutes or less. Its better for the project this way and much more efficient. With all of these changes we are requiring that in order to continue with the project YOU MUST UPGRADE TO 1.0.515. Starting December 1st, we will no longer accept any packets that were generated with any version less than 1.0.515. You can download it here. It Contains many fixes and enhancements. This version contains an option to use Neo in English, Dutch, German, French and Portuguese Translations.
Go ahead and get it here (http://www.theneoproject.com/dloads.html).
