SIMAP September Workunits Are Here

WOW! Is it September already!


The current workunits calculate the similarities and domains of approx. 100.000 new sequences from public databases imported in August 2009. Further workunits calculate the similarities of domain superfamilies. This dataset has been prepared in co-operation with the Gene3D team and initiates a novel aspect of SIMAP. It will be used to construct new versions of the Gene3D database.

There seems to be significantly more work this month so we may actually have a chance to get into the top 40 :thumbs:

Well, at least I got a load this time. Stopped FreeHal tho' cos it don't play with other projects and was out of hand running way too many units at one go and ignoring Bonk and other projects. They really need to sort their code out. Still, giving me plenty of space for intermittent projects like this so I'm leaving this going as long as there's work and running it alongside WCG.

Every time I post "there's loads of work, pile in and get some" it is all snapped up and there is none left :cry:
