PrimeGrid and Yoyo Badge milestones

Already got the backend piece working for this. Whenever the primegrid or Yoyo stats run and the subproject data is collated, it will generate and save milestones when the 'badge' levels are passed.

Just need to clean it up and add the facebook post piece.
