Also, the BeOS client crashes fairly regularly (two-three times a day) and produces a "residue" with an alphanumeric identifier..let me know how to get your more crash data...

Louie,

All BeOS clients have crashed on send...not all the time...but frequently. They get to 99.8%~, attempt to send and crash.

Also, they hang on connecting to server and need to be ctrl+c'd. When restarted they read cache and start over from Zero. I've lost many hours watching this happen. Isn't there some sort of checkpointing I can enable so I don't lose 2 hours of work at at time?

Thanks.

There will be a v1.0.2 for BeOS released that will fix the crashing problems - its the same thing that was effecting the Linux client. How often does the hanging happen? The only two times it should have happened were when the server got overloaded the other night and around 1am when the line the box was on was having some issues.

The reading the cache and s tarting from zero I'm not sure about - Louie will have to address that issue.

Alien,

It would hang about every other WU :( I have it going to sbp.pns on Port 80.

I'll include a crash message after the new version is out if it happens again.

I'm not sure about BeOS, but does it dump a core file?
