I revamped the cpidtags somewhat. They now use the code to align the numbers correctly even with non proportional fonts.

cpidtaga shows only credits
cpidtagb shows credits + rank
cpidtag2 shows credits + today score + rank

names are retained for historical purposes until I can make sure people aren't using them.

I have cpidtagx almost ready which will become cpidtag and has parameters for controlling which columns are shown. All others will then be redundant.
