I think you should post that question to the "Seventeen or Bust - Hosted Forum"; that's the "official" forum. You posted your message to the SoB Forum of the Team "Free-DC". Of course you MAY post here, I just think you will find more help in the official forum.

Is there any additional information to your error? Suspicious lines in the "sb.log" file? Do you know what dll file reports the error? Have you tried it on another system using the same OS? When is the error reported (when starting the client, when clicking "Start", when uploading, just randomly, ...)
