A 512MB stick of PNY ... no problems :)
Just a note to say it didn't even require BIOS changes or clearing as adding ECC RAM has required in the past.
I'll repost if it becomes unstable.

per our conversation about upset duallys. My dual T2460 xp1900 Suse 8.1 has been running for a couple of days now with no renice and its benching higher than renice -3 by .08.

I am getting speeds equal to my non-dual XP1800 Abit board...ECC of course does slow you down (and SuSE is always a bit slower than other Linux's) so by going to non-ECC RAM the S2460 is faster than it's ever been.
I don't seem to be losing any strucs due to not being able to use 2-Bank access. :)

Amazing results :) I dont know if it's the PC2700 RAM or the Mandrake 9.1, but I was getting 188K and 186K on the Mandrake 9.1 dual this afternoon!!! I had a glitch and didn't get a bench shot before the cutover but I'll try to later. And the cable connection went out for 18 hours...always something..
Those are very high numbers for an XP1800 :D
