hmm how much can I seriously get away with using this combo... Current Clock is 133Mhz and 12.5 multi (max setting :|) Using 256mb of DDR ram any clues people

You should be able to shove the FSB to 138 at least ;)

No experience with a Shuttle board but with enough cooling, I am sure you will be able to surpass the 140 FSB mark!

Strap a couple of roller skates on to it. Take it to the top of a very steep hill, and let it go.

You should get a few mph out of it. :D

Richard - no I want real OC, hmm I can see im gonna have to replace the fan, get that case I wanna get with the fan and a clear side panel >> here http://www.maplin.co.uk/images/catalog/pictures-all/LargeImages/ModuleImages/34513i0.jpg
I don't wanna have to change the heatsink as I might dent the chip die and if the chip dies after that I can't get a new chip unless I fork out for a brand new one :|

Why don't you get yourself a processor shim. That way, you won't have to worry about changing your heatsink!

Wonders if I can just replace the fan, take out the screws :D
la la la and thanks I may need that extinguisher (hope it's a mini CO2 one)
