I tried it for 2 seconds and realized that it only updated once a day and that was unacceptable to me so I shut it off:cry:

and hasteloy is much worse than inconel cyg cause it has a higher nickel content

besides I am the qwerty master on TKC :notworthy

chinasaur we use it to build sprew bushings for an injection mold, it didnt need to be hastaloy but it was what the customer wanted

and medication is for lemmings cygnus, they take the pills to be like everyone else

I however am in complete control of my insanity, and me, myself and I are going to discuss the next project we plan on dominating

if chess brain would recognize two processors on my duallies I would load it up and run it but oh well

for now I will type my way to the top of the TKC ladder and forever be known as the qwerty god:notworthy

You can run it on duallies- here's how I set it up:
Make two seperate directories-, with a copy of the executable and your config in each one.
Rename the executables to seperate them (cpspn0.exe and cbspn1.exe, or similar)
Fire them both off.
Don't set the affinity on either exe--- it messes up the memory allocation-- they will sort it out. :)

Did someone say injection molds?? :shocked: Uh oh, it is not enough that I see them in my sleep, now I have to contend with them on the forum. :bang:

Hasteloy for a sprue bushing?? What in the heck kind of material are they shooting, 90% glass filled polycarbonate?! Happily, I get to do all my own mold design here so I can talk customers out of that kind of thing.

Cygnus and I were talking today and wondering if A99 was manually writing all of his NC code and that is how he puts in such high numbers on the TKC stats.

Well, should you ever have the occasion, it is not a machine tool crash it is merely cutter/workpiece interference. And when it comes to injection molds always remember that tonnage is our friend.

yes I do write most of my own cnc code, it keeps me on my toes

software is nice and I use it alot but my personal stuff I write myself, mostly G and M code and parametric stuff but nothing outrageous

I run the cnc department at work, we manufacture our own parts for assembly into our own product but we do outside work to keep us busy during slow times

I have the largest non-specific c frame vertical machining center in south dakota

and it is a great job
