ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 3951} Cannot find structure from previous generation .\handle_1_handle_protein_211_0000022_min.val; find it manually or delete filelist.txt to continue
ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4127} Error during upload: Previous generation missing

Is there a resolution for this yet?

This is a nasty one in that it keeps working, the units keep getting stashed, but no work is ever returned to the server.

I have several hundred stuck like this.
I renamed filelist.txt to filelist.old.txt so that it could create a new filelist.txt file and continue to work correctly.

Does this mean mine is not uploading either?

Woke up this morning and tried to upload the night's buffered work to recieve the same message as you:

========================[ Jul 1, 2003 9:55 AM ]========================
ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4015} File .\5pkh0sv7_0_5pkh0sv7_protein_156_0000001_min.val is corrupt, missing or has been tampered with; cannot continue - replace file and start again, or manually delete filelist.txt
ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4127} Error during upload: Data file checksum failed

No errors were logged overnight and nothing was tampered with.

The machine is an XP 1700+ running XP Pro with 256MB PC133. The client is running as a service with the following service.cfg:

service=1
useram=1
progress=15
connect=0

I'm unsure what to do now, could someone please advise. I'd rather not lose this work (obviously).

Bump.

Does anyone know if the work can be salvaged?

The work cannot be salvaged at the moment, but it is very possible we could salvaeg it depending on the fix we come up with. If you have space on your machine, it may be a good idea to back these files up for now.

I too have started to receive that message on two of my boxes:

ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 3951} Cannot find structure from previous generation .\xlpzinlc_0_xlpzinlc_protein_47_0000014_min.val; find it manually or delete filelist.txt to continue
ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4127} Error during upload: Previous generation missing

I "guess" my work is uploading but how much has been lost I do not know.
