Nixx Error when Upload?

Below is the new error I gotten when I change to another HTTP Proxy server. It was suspected that my ISP's proxy was 'sucking up' some binaries when uploading... thus the change...

Anyone know what wrong now?

Some error occurred while writing to the socket. Perhaps your proxy is absorbing the packets and preventing them from getting sent properly. Try a free HTTP proxy or don't use a proxy if you can avoid it.
