New Version of KDFold

KDFold2.1F Alpha is available.
Added fix to handle protein information files with errors.
Such as the #9 in the proteinAnat files. Kdfold will now
monitor these properly.
Added Distributed Folding Support(Alpha Stage)
Added and new button so you can easily pull up the
Master HTML stats that kdfold creates.
Fixed other minor isssues.

Hi All,
1.Fix a Folding 1 bug I introduced where it stopped monitoring the Client.
2.Added a pop up menu for the clients config files.
3.Added a the suggestions by MstrBlstr to the HMTL master file. It now generates a more personalized HTML page to upload to your own website.
4.Added Smart recover option to cause KDFold to reset on Client timeouts and to compensate for other issues created by Folding 2.
5.A nasty bug little bugs that keeps popping in folding 2 up because of changes in the way the protein files are being built. I hope this corrects this for good.
