I may have a fix. Unzip everything back into that directory except Foldit.bat . This has worked 99% of the time I have seen this ;) Dont forget to backup the directory 1st :whip: Bad Client

Generally this error is caused by unstable RAM. Either your RAM is flaky/overclocked or the bus speed may be set incorrectly for your system. It is a ZIP checksum error basically.

I had changed some RAM settings and got the " Cannot open rotamer library" fatal error. Kicking the settings from CAS 2.0 2-2-5 to CAS 2.5 3-3-6 fixed my little issue.
