I've resisted doing it for quite some time but it caused problems in ranking, so all teamnames in the database are now binary collation (case sensitive).
This has the side effect of splitting teams where they have multiple variations of case in the names.
US NAVY and US Navy are now not the same so they are seen as two separate teams.
This can be easily fixed by altering the team name on the projects websites themselves by the team founder.
For older projects no longer available to be updated - leave a message here with the projects in question and the team name and exactly what it should be and I will correct in the database.
