Corrupt filelist.txt

As a result of the recent server/power outage, I have a linux machine with with some 212 generations buffered, when I try and upload the generations I get :

ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4440} Cannot find structure from previous generation ./mvye3q2i_15_mvye3q2i_protein_52_0000048_min.val; find it manually or delete filelist.txt to continue
ERROR: [000.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4616} Error during upload: Previous generation missing

Is there a way to recover my 212 generations that are sitting there?

I kept using ./foldtrajlite -purgeuploadlist 1 unitil I had deleted all the bogus filelist.txt entries up to the first one that actually did exist in the directory, and it started working.
