Has the site been killed by the recent er, "mistake", in the US?
I only found this forum just as the power got taken out and I really want to try the program - I figured the server would probably be back up by now.
Maybe the damage is worse than I thought...

IB,

Did you ever get your hands on the Linux version?

No, sure didn't. Sorry. :(

But, it's right here http://kadzban.is-a-geek.net/dfGUI-linux/dfGUI-3.0.tar.gz

Just wondering - how exactly is the benchmark bit supposed to work? It seems to clear after each gneration is complete and estimates don't return until about halfway through the next generation - I was under the impression from the readme that as more generations were produced it was meant to be able to provide an immediate guess?

Thanks.

Hi everyone,

I am back from vacation. My site was down thanks to the big power outage and the server never came back up properly. I was about 1000km away and had no way to fix the problem remotely. It should be back up and running now.

meglamania: The benchmark gets reset at the beginning of each generation, it takes about 3 protein folds to finish before the benchmark data shows up so it depends on what your "Progress Update" setting is in the Config. Set it to 5 or lower if you want more frequent updates.
