350 watt power supply
With motherboard, cpu and HSF, video card, ram and NIC = .6 amps to .7 amps idle.
With hard drive plugged in and the cpu running the DF client, it jumps to .8 to .9 amps

Running on the table with no other fans or equipment the XP2400 runs under 1 amp which equates to approximately .9 X 120 = 108 watts

With the hard drive running wide open with the defragger and the client running, full load, it goes up to 1 AMP.

If you unplug the monitor from the video card, it drops about .1

So, all said and done, about 100 watts average, per headless PXE boot node :)
The AMD XP2400 is rated at 68.3 Watts or about .55 amps.

Thanks to my brother Larry for doing the quick testing.

If he has a temperature probe, can he measure the temp. that the group of three electrolytic capacitors just behind the LAN connector are running at on the M7VIQ?

I'm rather concerned that these caps are running way over spec. max temperature.
