New Features or Fix's
1.3 optional HTML stats you can upload
A. Master Stats
B. Daily Production Stats
C. All CPU View HTML, Same data that is shown in the KDFold Application Window.
D. The New HTML setup file is called mhsetup2.psh - Advanced users can really do some nice additions your HTML, Backgrounds, Images, your whatever you desire.
2.Corrected the HTML building code because of the new F@H2 Protein Names.
3.Upload up to 3 files every stats update or time whatever you choose.
4.Widened the progressbars for the F@H2 Protein Names
5.Corrected Client Config Issue (Left Click on Mach Name CPU to open and close)
6.Changed to a new configurable HTML setup file. Advanced users only.
7.Changed Distribted Folding start Date to update after 5000.

I don't know why yet, but the author has pulled this application add-on and removed the website :(

There are technical issues because the code has become so
complicated it is generating I/O errors seen by Sortoageek
and I found a machine doing the same thing for Folding 2.

Citical Error in F@H2 for some users:
On your remote machines for F@H2 look in the Log for a
I/O right after a build of the result file if does not
affect you then do not worry about it otherwise I would
stop using KDFold for F@H2 for the time being.

G@H and Distributed Folding are OK:
To my knowledge G@H and Distributed are OK.

I do not want to hurt the science by causing even a
single work unit not to get sent back, so for the moment
I have stopped coding. Let me finish V3 which is all
module based which will deal with these issues.
