New protein size is 78 but counter is still only going to 50....

The counter is # of structures/generation, which is always 50--- has nothing to do with the protein size

Criticizm where warrented is both welcome and accepted. However, there are those of us that have little more knowledge and ability than to be able to get the programs up and running. Given the past few fubarred updates, at least in my humble opinion, it could have been client related. :neener:

Since I understand how it could have been taken as a potential client bug, I was just sending a friendly reminder to move it, thus also confirming that it is indeed a 3rd party issue.
We do appreciate any heads up about any suspicious behaviour; didn't mean to deter you.
