Status 903 log checksum error

I tried to upload a machine after a day of crunching and got this error. Windows ME withlots of disk space. From error log file:

One of your data files has become corrupted somehow. If you just want to get going again, delete filelist.txt and it will start over at gen 0. If you want me to take a look first, look at the 3rd and 4th lines in filelist.txt and e-mail those two files to trades@mshri.on.ca along with a short note referencing this thread. Probably just a random fluke.
