Hey!
I've posted this problem on other forums, but no one seems to be able to fix this.
I give this place a shot since I see some here answer "Fixed it" in several threads.
Here goes:

User Name: Orange_1050
My original user ID is 2832132, this is the one I've had all the time.
http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/2832132/projectList
CPID:146822de765a076e3726d65344c09735

Suddenly POGS was gone from my project list. I found out there had been created a duplicate User ID of me.
Duplicate user ID 3239527
http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/3239527/projectList
CPID: 8c9a1d6e6eee0286e1e04bba57d71eff

Also, this duplicate, has "taken with it" all my computer/ Hosts but one.
Leaving my original user ID with only one host.

I know it's important to have same e-mail address on my profile, so I have checked this on each project.

A while back, I was withdrawn 89mil points, the other day I was credited 94mil. This stir up the team stats for my teammates, wondering how goes. So this mixup are annoying for my teammates.

I would be most grateful if anyone can do something about this.
Thank you very much in advance

Best Regards
Orange

yeah, split CPID's are a pain.

If it were older non-active projects that are no longer exporting stats I could fix it for you here, but as it's an active project and your email is the same try this.

Attach the newer hosts to your older projects also even if you do not crunch any wu's and that should send the cpid they are using up to the newer projects and sync it.

This from the BOINC wiki explains that mechanism a bit.

"When the BOINC client makes an RPC request to a scheduling server, it scans the accounts with the same email address, finds the one with the earliest creation time, and sends the CPID stored with that account."

I have been wondering recently if the advent of crunching on phones and such might mess this up, doesn't POGS have these clients?

It would have been nice to link to your stats pages here rather than Boincstats....

Thank you very much for your fast reply.

"It would have been nice to link to your stats pages here rather than Boincstats.... "

Silly me, sorry..
Here goes my team stat page:
http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userteamcomb&team=Crunching%40EVGA

Then my originally user Id:
http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=146822de765a076e3726d65344c09735

Then my "alter ego" with POGS stats only:
http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=8c9a1d6e6eee0286e1e04bba57d71eff

I will try to hook up some of my older projects to see if they sync up.

Thanks for the tip :-)

Wow, in less than an hour, following the tip about attaching POGS to other hosts, stuff got synced up. (In Free-DC atleast)
I got an 11mil Points boost from my duplicate.
Now, it turns out I have a Third user ID, a user id With only one retired Project.
Was it so that this could be fixed too?

The duplicate user id is this:
CPID: 9f3b9d42c70ac5d4f2c506dcc58f852d
User ID: 2896929

Should be Attached to my main user ID:
User ID: 2832132
CPID: 146822de765a076e3726d65344c09735

I'm sorry this is the BOINC Stats numbers, couldn't find it in Free-DC.

No sweat, not much Points, but this is attached to eOn, a retired Project.

Hey, I've posted my issue on forum's, Boinc Stats, and POGS.
Here is the only Place I've got some good help.

THANK YOU !!

I can fix that old one here, as long as Eon doesn't start exporting stats again.

Give me a few mins

It's a split CPID, data is coming from the project in the xml output with that cpid..

Attach the project to a machine that has a much older project also attached.
