Am I correct that the match is over? Seems to have been a draw at move #35!And congarts to everyone, accordingto graphs there were over 2000, or right below machines helping at peak times....

Woot... Directly from the frontpage of ChessBrain.net

Our World Record attempt is now complete. We had serious technical difficulties early in the game, but managed to resolve them!

The result of the game was a draw.

ChessBrain's new official record now stands at 2070 machines from over 50 different countries. We'll prepare a full report in the next few hours.

Thanks to everyone who helped to make this possible.

the client checking for work saturates my LAN or uplink or something, it does bad things when it is idle

I think you mean 2070 machines instead of 2070 clients?

Because most of us (like me) are running >2 clients on one machine...
