Losing structures with -df option

I have a dial up connection (no broadband available yet) so I run with the -df ( nonnet) option and when I upload it all the structures do not upload.

This is not because of the protein chabge because it has happend both before and after the new protein.

just this last time I last over 30,000 structures I would guess I have lost over 100,000 all together This is just to much lose for me If i cant find a fix or problem im moving elsewhere

How can you be certain that not everything is uploading - what are you going by?

I usually upload twice a day and chack stats before each upload

for example stats now at 273,??? structures I just did a Q to quit the program at 62,000+ structures so in the morning when I do my next upload I should have ~330,000 structures.

When I checked this 2 upload ago I had 58,000 records to upload and 7 hrs later before my last upload i had received credit for somthing like 24K stuctres.

Also all of the .log.bz2 and .val.bz2 files or not deleted after the update.

I added the -df option on the upload this time to see if it helps.
