I had earned 1,000,000,000 plus credits from other boinc programs from join date April 03, 2016 until I got 4 newer computers and started running Collatz Conjecture only about August 2016. Those credits showed on BOINC Combined Statistics until recently. BOINC Combined Statistics does show join date April 03, 2016., but as mentioned only Collatz Conjecture credits are shown.
Are those earned credits gone?

It's likely a split CPID, what is your combined user name and/or current cpid?

CPID is 9a9c61429a8d2692be94a4f1dc97a5d2 I do not know if I had a different cpid before replacing a 2nd set of 4 new computers. User Name Jack-Hiker I have kept same user name. I actually first started Boinc about 2003 and that was shown when I rejoined in early 2018 with some old credits. BOINC Combined Statistics showed all that about a month ago

There's
Jack-Hiker 9a9c61429a8d2692be94a4f1dc97a5d2 (http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=9a9c61429a8d2692be94a4f1dc97a5d2) from Sicituradastra (first seen on Sun, 03 Apr 16)
and
Jack-Hiker 1d63324976be30dd05fd30b93fac9910 (http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=1d63324976be30dd05fd30b93fac9910) from Gridcoin (first seen on Thu, 22 Mar 12)

What projects did you crunch between 2003 and 2012? and which between 2012 and 2016? The Gridcoin Jack-Hiker names himself 'Owner' for the NFS project, an all-too-common user name, perhaps you know more?

Jack-Hiker MilkyWay@Home member since 27 Mar 2012 User ID 206338 MilkyWay@ home web site has my credits shown and listed since 2012 for 11 projects. Over 104,000,000 credits. I can not find the cpid then.
I only had a few credits before 2012 are not worth trying to find. I had different e mails then.

I tried to post all credits yesterday and got message that admin. (or?) would have to approve it to post. It has all projects info.

Milkyway @home http://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/show_user.php?userid=206338 shows all my credits since 2012 that are not now credited to me at Frr-DC.
The few Credits before 2012 when I had unknown former user name and/or e-mail address of jharris-hiker@charter.net are not worth effort to find.
Do hope those recorded a milkyway@home can re recovered.

To give a more complete story, Jack-Hiker 9a9c61429a8d2692be94a4f1dc97a5d2 (http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=9a9c61429a8d2692be94a4f1dc97a5d2) from Sicituradastra (first seen on Sun, 03 Apr 16) is/was not always a member of Sicituradastra. He goes on and off to being not affiliated to any team, affiliated to Gridcoin and affiliated to Sicituradastra. Always with just one project: Collatz, using three i5-6400's and one i7-6700, having scored 8,416,445,895 credits by now. You might want to add the projects of the 'other Jack-Hiker' on those PC's -if they're not already there. You might want to push the 'update' button in that case.

The other Jack-Hiker (1d63324976be30dd05fd30b93fac9910 (http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userbycpid&cpid=1d63324976be30dd05fd30b93fac9910), first seen on Thu, 22 Mar 12) is only affiliated with Gridcoin on NSF -but there he is known as 'Owner'. He has no active PC's on any of his projects:

Have you ever been Jharris_tech ? (1ce8bffc8b117748b696768613765ec1)

As for the MilkyWay credits: Add the project on your machines and update...when you give the same combination of user name and email address as when joining first it must be possible.

Added project on one computer. It seems to have have added the missing credits.
It is about 3,000000 not 3000000000.
I thank you very very much for all your help.

Rejoin date correction was 2016 NOT 2018
