I'm hoping maybe someone here will know how to accomplish this as I have many e-mail addresses and recieve many e-mails from all of them. I want to create say 5 different folders one representing each e-mail address. When I recieve e-mail is there any way Outlook can automaticaly retrieve the e-mails into specific folders depending on the e-mail address that recieved it?

Sure,

tools, Rules Wizard

Add new rule

check messages when they arrive, next

specific words in recipients address

move it to specified folder

Thanks a lot! This tip just saved me lots of organizing time  I typicaly get about 60 e-mails a day distributed amongst 7 different e-mail addresses, so this makes things much more managable for me :D

Of course you should be using pine under linux, with spamassassin set up to process and filter lists etc to different folders
