Two of the users are also new this week to iHelpForum.

It is not confined to FreeDC, I see the same at BOINCStats. One of your members, old_user467459, got a severe credit cut with Climate Prediction, he/she may have gotten that credit back in the meantime: https://boincstats.com/en/stats/2/user/detail/467459/lastDays
But not Blackheeler. Although he reached 300,000 credits on Wednesday, 10 September 2014, his account with Climate Prediction seems to have vanished. I do get the idea however that Blackheeler and old_user467459 are the same person, as seen here https://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/1441/lastDays and here https://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/list/0/0/a954d4d066bd74c6c7250151173997ef#8. Split CPID's, as Bok already suspected.
